Order Processing Time (Handling)

All orders placed with TopFootSneakers are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery is typically 3–8 business days.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

TopFootSneakers is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. We will do our best to assist you in these situations.
