At TopFootSneakers, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process in accordance with the terms outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@topfootsneakers.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as TopFootSneakers cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
TopFootSneakers does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@topfootsneakers.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
